What Our Immigration Fees Normally Include

Additional Costs and Disbursements
Our professional fees do not include third-party costs or disbursements unless expressly stated. These may include Home Office application fees, Immigration Health Surcharge, biometric fees, court or tribunal fees, Counsel's fees, expert fees, translation or interpretation fees, medical reports, document certification/legalisation fees and other necessary third-party expenses. We will advise you of anticipated additional costs where applicable.
Key Stages and Timescales
A typical immigration application involves taking your instructions, assessing eligibility, advising on the evidence required, reviewing supporting documents, preparing the application and representations, obtaining your approval, submitting the application and advising you following the decision. Processing times after submission are generally determined by the Home Office, court, Tribunal or other relevant authority and are outside our control.

Initial consultation: £120.00
Where work is undertaken on an hourly basis: £247.00 per hour
Family Law Fees
Our family law services are generally charged according to the amount of time spent dealing with your matter.

Fixed-Fee Family Law Matters
A fixed fee may be agreed for certain family law matters depending on the nature and complexity of the case. Where a fixed fee is appropriate, we will assess your circumstances and confirm the agreed fee and scope of work before you instruct us. Court fees, Counsel's fees, expert fees and other third-party expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
Cancellation or Early Termination
If you cancel or terminate your instructions before we have completed the agreed work, you will be charged for the work carried out up to the date on which your instructions are cancelled or terminated. The work completed will normally be calculated by reference to the applicable hourly rate.
